Absolute Beginners Welcome!
The Intro to Capoeira Beginner's Series is a sequence of classes that are designed specifically for people who are interested in capoeira but have little or no experience with the art. In the series, you will learn the basic movements of capoeira, as well as how to apply them in this dynamic game. We will also explore some of the history of capoeira and begin to learn some of the music and singing involved in the Capoeira Roda (circle).
Our beginner series runs at various times throughout the year but new students are always welcome to join the ongoing adult classes at any time! Please contact us if you have any questions.
