Kids will learn the basic movements of capoeira through games and songs. Practicing or “playing” capoeira can help improve a child’s balance, strength, full-body coordination, stamina as well as increase self-confidence. They will even learn some Portuguese including the names of many animals and movements! Professor Sabidinho has a degree in Child & Adolescent Development and years of experience with kids of all ages.
